ÖZET
Bilgi kavramı verilerin işlenmesi ile karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Günümüzde teknolojinin gelişmesi ile bilgiye ulaşmanın kolay olması onun hemen kabul edilebilir ve geçerliliği olan bir formda olduğunu göstermemektedir. Bu durum uzun yıllardır araştırmacıların bu konuyla ilgilenmesine neden olmuştur. Bu amaçla gerçek bilgiyi arayanlar, bilginin kökenini merak edenler ve bilgiden birtakım sonuçlar çıkarmaya çalışan araştırmacı ve çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Bu araştırmaların tümü bilgiyi farklı açılardan ele almaktadır. Bu çalışma ile amaçlanan bunların aksine, bilginin kanıtlanabilir ve genelgeçerliği olan bir formda olmasının nasıl sağlandığı dolayısıyla bilimsel bilgi ile ilgilidir. Konunun önemine binaen hazırlanan bu araştırma (tarama/değerlendirme) makalesi ile genç akademisyen ve araştırmacılara çalışmalarında faydalı olmak istenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada; bilimsel bir araştırmaya nasıl başlanacağı ve bilimsel araştırmanın hangi aşamalardan geçerek tamamlandığı literatürel bağlamda ele alınarak tartışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
The concept of knowledge emerges with the processing of data. Today, with the de-velopment of technology, the fact that it is easy to access information does not show that it is in an immediately acceptable and generally valid form. For this purpose, re-searchers have been interested in this subject for many years. For this purpose, there are researchers and studies who seek real information, who wonder about the origin of information, and who try to draw some conclusions from information. All of these studies deal with knowledge from different perspectives. Contrary to these, the aim of this study is how to ensure that the information is in a verifiable and generally valid form, that is, it is about scientific knowledge.
With this research article prepared for this purpose, it is aimed to be useful to young academicians and researchers in their studies. In addition, in the study; how to start a scientific research and which stages the scientific research is completed through are discussed in the context of the literature.

ÖZET
Liderlik; lider, katılımcılar ve şartlar arasında bulunan kusursuz uyumluluk ilişkileri sürecidir ve bu süreç bünyesinde yaratıcılığın yanı sıra sanatsallık da barındırmak-tadır. Yüz, yüz ifadesi ve yüz ölçü uyumluluğu gibi estetiksel görsellik çıktıları liderliğin fiziksel özellikleri arasında yer almaktadır. Altın oran daha çok matematiksel ve sanatsal içerikler ile pozitif bilimlerde kendine yer bulmuş bir kavramdır. Çalışmada, geniş bir perspektifle altın oranın fiziksel liderlik özellikleri kavramı vasıtasıyla sosyal bilimler ile de ilişkilendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Araştırmada altın oran ve uygulamalarına yer verilmiştir ve fiziksel liderlik özellikleri ile altın oran ilişkilendirilmiştir. Teorik ve çeşitli açılardan incelenmiş olan çalışmalar-dan yola çıkarak oluşturulan içerik, betimsel araştırma yöntemi ve doküman inceleme tekniğine göre oluşturulup, nitel yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, liderliğin fiziksel özelliklerinde altın oranın etkisi belirgindir.

ABSTRACT
The concept of knowledge emerges with the processing of data. Today, with the Lead-ership; It is the process of perfect compatibility relations between the leader, the par-ticipants and the conditions, and this process includes creativity as well as artistry. Aesthetic visual outputs such as face, facial expression and face size compatibility are among the physical characteristics of leadership. The golden ratio is a concept that has found its place in positive sciences with more mathematical and artistic contents. In the study, it is aimed to associate the golden ratio with social sciences through the concept of physical leadership characteristics with a broad perspective.
In the research, the golden ratio and its applications were included and the golden ratio was associated with the physical leadership characteristics. The content, which was created based on studies that were examined from theoretical and various perspec-tives, was created according to descriptive research method and document analysis technique and analyzed with qualitative methods. According to the research findings, the effect of the golden ratio on the physical characteristics of leadership is evident.

ÖZET
Doğa kaynaklı, insan kaynaklı ve teknolojik afetler, özellikle son çeyrek yüzyılda toplumlar için gittikçe zor yönetilebilir bir olgu olarak karşımız çıkmaktadır. İş dü-nyasındaki teknolojik ilerlemeler sonucu, özellikle nüfus yoğunluğunun fazla olduğu yerleşim alanlarındaki afet riskinin daha da arttığı bilinmektedir. Bütünleşik Afet ve Acil Durum Yönetimi (BAADY) kavramı tam bu noktada çözüme yönelik bir yönetim metodu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Dünya’da artık mevcut bilişim teknolojileri ve yönetişim yaklaşımları özellikle acil durum ve afet nitelikli olaylara müdahalede etkin kaynak kullanımı daha da önem kazanmıştır. Acil durum yönetimi yerel bir uzmanlık çalışması olmasına rağmen, afet yönetimi ise ulusal ve hatta uluslararası düzeyde kaynak yönetimi ve eşgüdümü gerektirmektedir. Bu kapsamda kurumların da kritik iş sürekliliğini sağlamak veya olası iş kesintisi durumunda sistemi yeniden çalışır hale getirmek için birtakım çalışmalar gerçekleştirmesi gereklidir. Bu konuya yönelik faali-yetler, Sürekliliği Yönetim Sistemi(İSYS) olarak adlandırılan yönetim sistemi altında yürütülmektedir. İSYS kurulması ve işletilmesi, standart bir çerçeve dokümana uygun şekilde yapılmaması, ilerleyen zamanlarda yasal düzenlemelere yönelik yapılacak uyumluluk çalışmalarında ek yükler getirebilir. Bu sebeple, İSYS konusunda standartlara uygun yapılacak çalışmalar neticesinde, hem İSYS içselleştirilmesini kolaylaştıracak olup, hem de kurum kaynaklarının daha verimli bir şekilde kullanıl-masını olanak sağlayacaktır.

ABSTRACT
Natural, human and technological disasters are increasingly difficult to manage for communities, especially in the last quarter century. It is known that as a result of technological advances in the business environment, the risk of disaster increases, es-pecially in industrial and commercial areas with a high population density. At this point, the concept of Comprehensive Disaster and Emergency Management emerges as a result-oriented management method. The current information technologies and governance approaches in the world, especially in the response to emergency and dis-aster-emergency, have gained more importance in the effective use of resources. Alt-hough emergency management is a local expertise, disaster management requires complex resource management and coordination at national and even international level. In this context, institutions need to business continuity or to make the system work again in case of possible business interruption. Activities related to this subject are carried out under the management system called the business continuity manage-ment system (BCMS). If the establishment and operation of the BCMS is not done in accordance with a standard framework document, it may bring additional burdens in the compliance studies to be carried out for legal regulations in the future. For this rea-son, as a result of the studies to be carried out in accordance with the standards on the BCMS, it will both facilitate the internalization of the BCMS and enable the more effi-cient use of the resources of the institution.

ÖZET
Geçmişten günümüze tarihsel süreç incelendiğinde kadınların işgücüne katılımlarının giderek artış gösterdiği gözlemlenmektedir. Ancak bu süreçte kadınlar birçok sorunla karşılaşmıştır. Nitekim iş yaşamının erkek egemen yapısı nedeniyle kadınlara yönelik olumsuz yeterlilik algısı, geçerli bir sebebi olmaksızın kadınların örgütsel hiyerarşi içer-isinde yükselememeleri ve özellikle hemcinsleri tarafından da kendil-erine uygulanan kötü muameleler bahsedilen sorunlar arasında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada da ilgili konulara ilişkin ulusal düzeyde araştırma yapabilmek için Türkiye’de Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde 2000-2021 yılları arasında “cam tavan sendromu” ve “kraliçe arı sendromu” kavramları taranmış ve hangi yıllarda, nerelerde, ne tür veri toplama araçları kullanılarak vs. çalışıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda cam tavan sen-dromuna ilişkin son on yıl içerisinde oldukça büyük bir ilginin olduğu ancak kraliçe arı sendromu ile ilgili son yirmi yılda tek bir çalışmanın olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT
Over time, women’s participation in the workforce has been gradually increasing. However, women have faced many obstacles in worklife. As a matter of fact, the perception of women as not sufficiently competent due to the male-dominated structure of business life, the inability of women to advance in organizational hierarchies without justification, and especially, and the ill-treatment inflicted on them by other women are among the problems mentioned. In this study, in order to conduct research on the relevant subjects at the national level, the concepts of “glass ceiling syndrome” and “queen bee syndrome” were first searched for in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education in Turkey between the years 2000 and 2021; then, the years in which the studies were conducted, where they were conducted, what kinds of data collecting tools were utilized etc. were all determined and recorded. In the present analysis, it has been determined that there has been a great deal of interest in the glass ceiling syndrome in the last ten years, while, on the other hand, there has only been one study involving the queen bee syndrome in the last twenty years.
