ABSTRACT
The existing management literature largely focuses on upper management styles, overlooking the comprehensive nature of management across all organizational levels and departments. This gap necessitates a broader yet specific classification to under-stand organizational dynamics holistically. Our paper proposes a classification of management styles into four categories: conservative, reactive, proactive, and predic-tive. The conservative style emphasizes traditional practices for stability, while the reactive style adapts dynamically to events. The proactive style leans towards innova-tion and foresight, and the predictive style harnesses data-driven insights for deci-sion-making, representing advanced, analytics-guided management. This new classi-fication promotes integrative strategies for enhanced organizational efficiency.
